Cooper's Hawk at Nature Coast Botanical Garden - March 31, 2013

I spotted this hawk in a nest on the field trip here last week and stopped back by to find him again. So glad I did!  He seems to like the turkey oaks.  He made a nest in this one and another turkey oak nearby.  He doesn't seem to have a mate yet though.  I have never seen one of these before (only red-shouldered and red-tailed).
