Funny Fort De Soto Birds - March 30, 2013

I think shore birds are often the most humorous.  It is just in their nature from the "laughing" gulls to the sanderlings running up and down the beach on those tiny legs.  The sounds of the oyster-catcher and the ridiculous long bills of birds like the curlew also are wonderfully funny.  Here are some photos from today.
