Al Palonis Park - June 14, 2013

Stumbled upon this small park while trying to get a beeter vantage point on the white-winged scooter.  Actually saw two additional birds I had never seen before in the first minutes after arriving here!   First, a quaker parrot (non-native), and second, a Eurasian Collared Dove (also non-native).  Both were just hanging out in trees near the parking lot.  Also seemed to be a great number of Yellow-crowned night herons for such a small park.  Very interesting!
