White-Winged Scooter at Gandy Bridge in Tampa - June 14, 2013

Had to go look for this rare bird today, and spotted her immediately!  She was just where reported in the water off of gandy bridge near Al palonis Park.  These are northern birds in the "sea duck" family, usually found in Canada and northern parts of Asia.  Sorry for the poor quality photos, but she was quite far away!
