Avocets and more at Fort DeSoto - November 2, 2013

Even though it was raining today, I decided to go out to Ft Desoto.  Sometimes I do this to get different types of shots, see how animals behave in the rain, and especially to have the whole park to myself.  There were more cars there than expected, but I was the first one to find the two American Avocets, another life bird for me.
