Merritt Island - March 1, 2014

I was hoping there would still be some ducks and some of the other birds I found here in January.  There was a lot to see, and still some of the birds I was looking for (like shoveler and avocet) , but definitely not as much activity as winter.  The most fun to watch today was the reddish egret who came very close without paying any attention to the people.
