Tierra Verde - February 22, 2014

Stopped to check the pond at Tierra Verde on the way to Ft DeSoto.  I was happy to get this photo of a greater scaup where you can see the green sheen on the feathers.  I think that is the best way to tell greater from lesser scaup (when you catch it in the right light).
