Marine Science Center, Daytona - November 9, 2014

This was a fun, small place to visit.  Looks like they do some really good sea turtle rehab from here.  My favorite par was the terrapin.  I love seeing terrapins in nature centers because that is the only place I have ever seen one.  That was once true of box turtles too, but not anymore.  Terrapins are different from turtles and tortoises and are found in brackish water.  They are also extremely cute.  There was also a sting ray touch tank and a screech owl presentation with "Otie".
