Nighthawk at Weekiwachee Preserve - June 21, 2015

Decided to visit here again today, and it was amazing!  I thought this night hawk was injured because she kept flapping around on the ground.  First I noticed she was trying to distract the sandhills, then it was me!  Eventually she flew up very well and realized she probably had a nest nearby and was trying to distract me and get me away from it.  At that point I just let her be.
