Tropical Storm Hermaine, Driftwood Beach, GA - September 2, 2016

By the time the hurricane got to Georgia, it was only a Tropical Storm.  There was not much rain, but a whole lot of wind.  It was nice enough out that I was able to get out in the middle of it.  I thought it was the best part of the vacation!  This first photo shows one of the stairways to the beach coming apart because of the intense waves and wind.  That entire section washed out into the ocean a few minutes after this was shot.
